Refund policy

If you purchase from the 1st November to 24th December 2024, we have extended our Returns policy until 31st January 2025. After this period our policy will revert back to 30 days.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, you can return any item within our returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. If an item is returned that is damaged, or missing parts it will not be eligible for a full refund. Please provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation) when returning an item.
